Standish M. Fleming is the board director of Ambit Biosciences Corporation since June 2001.
He is a managing member at Forward Ventures, a venture capital firm which he co-founded in 1993.
Before establishing Forward Ventures, he served as the chairman, president and chief executive officer of GeneSys Therapeutics, Inc. (merged with Somatix
