Mr. Middleman is also the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Mortgage and the sole member of our Manager, Cherry Hill Mortgage Management, LLC. Mr. Middleman is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and served on numerous advisory boards including Freddie Mac from 2002
