Mr. Allison has over 25 years experience advising and working for organizations in the healthcare and technology sectors and is currently an independent business consultant.
Previously Mr. Allison was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Gensym Corporation, a leading provider of software and services for mission-critical solutions in real
time. Prior to Gensym, he was CFO for Webhire, Inc. and Vice President, CFO for PRI Automation and also Helix Technology.
From 1991 until 1995, Mr. Allison was Vice President, Finance for Behring Diagnostics, Inc. an international company engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of immunoassay systems.
Mr. Allison holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
