Stephen Schultz, Steve served as the President of netBOA, a company that he founded, which provided COBRA and HIPAA administrative services for more than 1,200 clients, including some of the Fortune 100. Mr. Schultz served as Chief Executive Officer of afterBOT, Inc. Mr. Schultz is a Founder and served as Vice Chairman at afterBOT, Inc.
Automatic Data Processing (ADP) (NYSE:AUD) acquired netBOA in January 2000. Mr. Schultz supplied the initial vision and commitment in validating the commercial applicability of the digital receipt standard and technology. He attracted the initial staff, shareholders and customers and was responsible for providing the business leadership for the ReceiptsPLUS solution. Mr. Schultz served as a Director of AfterBOT, Inc. Mr. Schultz is a graduate of Oglethorpe University.
