Stephen is a founder and Senior Partner of Quorum. Stephen joined Quorum in 1989, moving from Hong Kong where he held a senior management position with the Hong Kong government for 14 years. He has been actively involved in all Quorum investments over the past 19 years, introducing international initiatives on behalf of Quorum in the Pacific
region, including Quorum’s joint ventures with China Trust Group and China Investment & Development Co. Ltd., both of Taiwan, and initiated the Asian operations of Quorum. Stephen graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in management Studies and he is a member of the British Institute of Management, London, England. Stephen is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. He sits on a number of the Board of Directors of the Quorum Group of Companies and their investee companies. He is a member of the Board of Governors of Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation.
