Steve is the President and CEO of EmployeeChannel and is responsible for driving the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company.
He leads EmployeeChannel's team with an emphasis on operational excellence as well as customer and partner success. Steve is a seasoned executive with 25+ years of success building and leading
high tech companies ranging from large firms to early- and mid-stage startups.
Prior to joining EmployeeChannel, Steve was CEO of VirtuOz (acquired by Nuance Communications), a provider of cloud-based virtual agents for online marketing, sales and support. He also formerly served as the CEO at Sabrix (acquired by Thomson Reuters) and at Uniscape (acquired by Trados) and has held SVP, Worldwide Marketing positions at Citrix Systems and Novell.
Steve has an M.A. and a Ph.D. from Florida State University.
