Steve oversees development of TradingBlock’s technology platforms. Prior to joining the company, he served in management, analyst, market-making and trading roles for several firms including LETCO (Lee E. Tenzer Trading Company), C2 Capital Management, LLC (which managed the Cobalt Arbitrage Funds), and Brave Sky Trading II LLC, a proprietary
trading company. Prior to entering the financial services industry, he was a Research Associate (Physics) at Cornell University and Northwestern University.
Steve is occasionally requested to provide independent consultation services on the mathematics of derivative and structured products, and has been a featured speaker at universities and investment conferences.
Steve holds FINRA licenses Series 4, 7, 24 and 66. He completed his Masters of Science in Physics and Ph.D. in Physics at Purdue University. He earned a B.S. in Applied Physics from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls.
