He served as Head of Corporate Finance-Corporate Development of Roche Holding AG. He is a second lieutenant in the Royal Norwegian Air Force. Mr. Krognes holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
