Steve Novak serves as Chairman of Quisk. Formerly, he was the Lead Independent Director at CyberSource Corporation, an ePayments processor, serving on CyberSource’s Board from the Company’s inception in December 1997 until its acquisition by Visa Inc. in 2010.
Novak has extensive experience in both the public and private equity markets, and
served as a Board member or Board Chairman at a variety of enterprises. Currently he is a Board member of TICC Capital Corporation, a publicly-traded Business Development Company where he chairs the Audit and Valuation Committees. Novak is also the Founder and Chairman of Mederi Therapeutics Inc.
He holds a B.S. from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
