Steven Theesfeld is the Founder and CEO at Keel Technologies. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in Psychology. While attending classes, Steve began working part-time as a caregiver for Sunrise Senior Living. It was during this time that Steve found his passion to improve the lives of seniors and their families.
Upon graduating, he had the opportunity of continuing his time with Sunrise as a department manager. He focused on improving knowledge of Sunrise’s occupancy with the local community, improving team member engagement, and improving resident quality of care. Steve holds a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) designation and is deeply involved in healthcare quality improvement coaching and training on a national level.
