Steve is the Managing Partner of Clocktower Group. He has spent his career as a leader in global macro and alternative investment strategies and is the author of two critically acclaimed books on global macro investing, Inside the House of Money: Top Hedge Fund Traders on Profiting in the Global Markets and The Invisible Hands: Top Hedge Fund
Traders on Bubbles, Crashes and Real Money. In recent years, Steve has focused his expertise on building partnerships that connect the global macro investment community with innovative asset managers and technology companies.
Prior to founding Clocktower Group in 2007, Steve built a global macro research business, and previously worked for Deutsche Bank in London, Zurich and Singapore. Steve holds a MSc in Finance and Accounting from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BS/BA from Bucknell University. Steve lives in Malibu with his wife and three kids, and enjoys surfing.
