Steve Lux is the Managing Partner at Topmark Partners (Formerly Stonehenge Growth Equity Partners). Mr. Lux is responsible for the overall operations of Stonehenge Growth Equity Partners, including sourcing, underwriting and executing the firm’s growth equity investments. Since 1999, Mr. Lux has made investments in 17 growth stage businesses
located in Florida.
Mr. Lux currently serves on the Board or as an observer of Proficient Auto Transport, Health Integrated, Dixie-Southern, Ott-Lite Technologies, and Payformance. He formerly was a director of EDR and VectorLearning, and board observer for AuthenTec and Image Guided Neurologics. He resigned from these boards in conjunction with AuthenTec’s successful IPO and the successful acquisitions of Image Guided Neurologics, EDR and VectorLearning.
Mr. Lux is also active in the following organizations: Florida Venture Forum, Association For Corporate Growth – Tampa Bay, University of Tampa Board of Fellows, University of Tampa Entrepreneurship Center, Tampa Bay Technology Forum (Past)
Prior to Stonehenge Mr. Lux spent 17 years as a commercial lender at Bank One, where he focused on leveraged buyouts of middle market companies. While at Bank One he was responsible for executing more than $500 million in senior debt investments in high growth technology companies and in over 50 leveraged buyout transactions.
He earned a B.A. in Economics and an MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
