Delaware Corporation founded by Mr. Johnson, engaged in the business of manufacturing telecommunications products. Mr. Johnson has been actively involved with the wireless cable industry since 1984 and has served on the board of directors for the Wireless Cable Association and with its FCC regulatory committee. Mr. Johnson holds a BA Economics and Business Administration degree from Simpson University. Mr. Johnson has developed various electronic telecommunications equipment for the Wireless Cable Industry including microwave downconverters, wireless cable set top converters, antennas, and MMDS transmitters.
