Steven Miller has nearly three decades of technology development and commercialization experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, successfully bringing a number of technologies to market.
As chief commercialization officer (CCO) for Senior Scientific, he led the development of an in vivo imaging technology for early stage
cancer detection. As CCO at Zymera, he led commercialization efforts of another novel imaging application. He served as vice president at Blueshift Biotechnologies, Inc., responsible for commercial expansion and implementation of a laser-scanning platform. He has held similar positions at Abgenix Inc., Biometric Imaging, MDS Analytical Technologies, and SRI International. Steve earned a BGS in Biochemistry from the University of Kansas (KU), a PhD in Microbiology/Cell Biology from the KU School of Medicine, and was an NIH postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine.
