Before founding Sigma Ratings, Stuart served as a senior U.S. Treasury official, including extended leadership tours in Afghanistan and the Middle East. For his service at home and abroad, he received the Secretary’s Honor Award and the Treasury Department’s Meritorious
Service Award. After his government service, Stuart worked as an executive with Ernst & Young, one of the world’s largest audit and advisory firms, where he led business and strategic growth in select emerging markets for the forensic business.
