Stuart Shiff is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of DivcoWest and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Under Stuart’s leadership, DivcoWest entered the SF Bay Area market in 1993 alongside some of today’s leading technology companies. Since then, Stuart has grown DivcoWest into a multidisciplinary commercial real estate
company with a presence in key innovation markets across the U.S.
Stuart serves on the boards of the University of California’s Executive Committee, the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics and the Rugby Advisory Board. In addition, Stuart is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineering, Urban Land Institute, and Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). He also serves on the UCSF Board of Overseers Real Estate Committee and PREA’s Mentorship committee. Stuart graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree.
