Sue Watts is chief operating officer of Global Capabilities for Xerox Services. She was named to this position in January 2015 and appointed a vice president of the corporation in December 2014.
In her current role, Watts is responsible for the global delivery of services to Xerox clients including customer care, finance and accounting, HR
services, transaction processing, communications and marketing service, IT services, and consulting offerings. Additionally, Watts leads Xerox Services’ “Offering Excellence” project helping to drive a thorough assessment of current offerings and developing a roadmap to strengthen the services portfolio.
Watts is an industry veteran with deep experience leading global organizations and business transformation initiatives in business process outsourcing, applications management and development and IT outsourcing operations.
Watts joined Xerox from Capgemini, a consulting, outsourcing and professional services company, where she served as CEO for the Americas Outsourcing Business before leading delivery, human resources and transformation for Application Services, a $5 billion business with 50,000 employees worldwide.
Prior to Capgemini, Watts worked for Orange Business Services, a global IT and communications services provider, as the head of their Americas Business. Before joining Orange Business Services, she spent 24 years at Unisys, a $5.7 billion global IT and services company, serving in a range of senior positions, including vice president and managing partner of Worldwide Strategic Planning and vice president and managing partner of North America, Global Outsourcing.
