Swajit Rath is the CEO of Incomlend Capital.
He is responsible for all investor-facing activities, including portfolio management and funding. Currently based in Singapore, Swajit has spent most of his career in London, UK and Boston, USA.
Before moving to the buy-side, Swajit started his career in investment banking, working in Mergers &
Acquisitions at Goldman Sachs, Capital Markets and Credit Structuring at Morgan Stanley and Principal Investing at RBS in London. He has worked at Fidelity Investments in Boston on the buy-side overseeing their high yield debt investments in healthcare and most recently at Ironsides Partners, a Millennium spin-off covering alternative and structured debt investments.
Swajit completed his BA and MA in Economics from Cambridge University as a Bill Gates Scholar and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
