Tadd M. Miller is the founder and president of Indianapolis-based Milhaus Ventures, LLC, the parent company of Milhaus Development and Milhaus Capital. After creating a business plan in college to pursue mixed-use developments, he co-founded City Centre Associates. The company led the renaissance of downtown living in Indianapolis and brought new
life to older industrial blocks by building elegant residential buildings including The Packard, Hudson, DeSoto, Alten and Clevelander condominiums. In 2006, with a change in partnership, City Centre was reorganized and continued to pursue condominium projects including The Maxwell, The Commons at City Centre, Monon & Main, and The Residences at Coconut Point. Throughout Indiana and Florida, Tadd has led the development of more than 1,000 condominiums valued in excess of $300 million.
He graduated from the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Ball State University, completed his MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University, and then received his law degree from Indiana University. He is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a co-founder of Indianapolis-based Wellfount Pharmaceuticals, one of the state’s 40 fastest growing companies. Tadd has been named one of Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40,” “Young Professional of the Year” by the Young Professionals of Central Indiana and “Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate.” In 2007, Junior Achievement named him “Indy’s Best and Brightest” in real estate.
In his free time, Tadd is an instrument-rated pilot and enjoys traveling with his wife Julie and son Ethan.
