As the son of an immigrant family in Germany, it was hard to adapt and educate myself. As the first academic in the entire family, I had no one to ask for advice. Based on our financial situation, I had to work day in and day out in parallel to my studies. But exactly these hard circumstances always drove me to improve my performance and motivated
me to continue no matter the odds. I achieved everything my family dreamed of for me. I became an Executive Assistant in the R&D department of Mercedes-Benz in Germany for 24 years. I could continue with my career, but I always searched for more purpose. I have always been interested in technologies that can improve sustainability in this world. During my time as project manager for the first 100% electric model series of Mercedes-Benz (smart facelift 2019), I already realized that e-Mobility is a step in the right direction but brings a lot of ecological and social problems with it. My team and I are now attacking this problem.
