Dr. Talaya Waller (M.B.A., D.B.A) is the founder of Valuables, an enterprise brand management software that helps B2B companies discover, build, and manage their employees’ brands. Selected for the Techstars 2022 Founder Catalyst Partnership with J.P. Morgan, Valuables stands out as a disruptor in the BrandTech space because it allows businesses to
manage talent, optimize sales, and increase brand trust.
In addition, Dr. Waller teaches Personal Branding at Duke Corporate Education. In 2020, she published Personal Brand Management, Marketing Human Value, which is housed in 200+ university libraries, including Yale, Oxford, and MIT.
From the NBA to Google to Amazon, she’s had the privilege to work with a diverse range of executives and experts to develop personal brands that have a real impact on society. She has delivered personal brand consulting and training for several organizations, including the United Nations, Merck, the Federal Reserve Board, and the Chicago Association of Realtors.
Notably, her TEDx titled “The Future of Branding is Personal” has over 200,000 views, and over 60,000 people have watched her personal branding course in partnership with Canva. Dr. Waller is a contributor to Entrepreneur and Refinery29, and she has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Fast Company, Business Insider, and The Chronicle of Higher Education.
She enjoys playing the violin and picnics in the park.
