Tarik Sansal is an internet entrepreneur. He is currently the founder and CEO of Romio, a smart social real estate search engine which leverages neighborhood networks (Romio is going live shortly).
Previously, Tarik was the founder of onTargetJobs.com, currently #3 vertical job site behind Dice and Linkedin. Tarik created the original strategy
for onTargetJobs.com and assembled the original management team by bringing in Allen Paschal as CEO and Curt Thompson as CFO. onTargetJobs.com is a Warburg Pincus backed company (WarburgPincus.com).
Prior, Tarik started InvestmentPositions.com, a job site focused on recruitment of investment professionals which evolved into RecruitmentBox, a multi vertical recruitment technology provider to vertical publishers.
Tarik started his careers in investments. He was the 1st investment analyst at Moon Capital (www.MoonCapital.com), the emerging markets hedge fund. He is passionate about leveraging socially conscious internet ventures to make a positive social impact. He also has ideas around new alternative investment models which leverage a socially conscious approach to deliver superior returns to investors.
