companies. Previously, Ted served as Chairman and CEO of LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. (Fortune 500) and as Lead Director of Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs Co. (NYSE). He began his career as an attorney at Williams Mullen where he specialized in business, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law.
