Mr. Casey is Founder, President and CEO of Amber Solutions, Inc. Prior to Amber, he was President of IDEX America Inc. Mr. Casey also served as Co-Fournder, President and Chief Executive Officer of PicoField Technologies, Inc., which was acquired by IDEX. He is a veteran entrepreneur with a strong background in operations, finance and extensive
experience in developing leading technology based companies from product concept to high volume manufacturing. He co-founded Insound Medical and served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. Insound was acquired by Sonova-Phonak in 2011 for a total of $169 million. In addition, he co-founded Prenateck, a fetal heart rate monitor, serving as Chief Executive Officer. Founded Phantom IT Solutions serving as Chief Executive Officer and also served as Vice President of Finance at the Monterey Bay Bank. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Intelesol, PicoField Technologies, and STR. Mr. Casey holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward.
