Mr. Fitzpatrick joined Iridium in 2010 and serves as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Fitzpatrick joined Iridium in 2010 and serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer responsible for directing and overseeing all of Iridium's financial and billing activities, human resources and information technology.
Prior to Iridium,
from 2002 to 2009, Mr. Fitzpatrick served as executive vice president and CFO of Centennial Communications Corporation, a publicly traded telecommunications company acquired by AT&T in November 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Fitzpatrick was CFO of private and public companies in the telecommunications and technology industries and a vice president at Bell Atlantic Corporation (now Verizon). Mr. Fitzpatrick graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University. He earned a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and is a certified public accountant.
