Thomas is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management. Prior to Arrowroot, Thomas was a technology investment banking analyst at Pacific Crest Securities in San Francisco where he focused on software and security companies, with a particular emphasis on SaaS and cloud computing. His advisory experience
includes WebPT’s growth equity investment from Battery Ventures, Plex Systems’ private placement led by T. Rowe Price, and Imperva’s acquisition of Skyfence. Thomas was also part of the underwriting teams of recent IPOs and follow-on offerings for Box, Hortonworks, Yodlee, Five9, SciQuest, Amber Road, FireEye, and E2open. Prior to Pacific Crest, he was an investment banking analyst with B. Riley & Co. in Los Angeles where he worked across a variety of technology verticals including semiconductors, optical components and digital media.
Thomas currently sits on the board of MedNet Solutions and serves as a board observer for ServiceAide and ICIX.
