The Quertermous lab employs genetic approaches for the study of vascular disease. Currently studying the genetic basis of atherosclerosis heart disease and risk factors, such as hypertension and insulin resistance. Completed clinical training in cardiology at MassGen and research training in molecular genetics at Harvard.
