Tim Ellis is a data analyst and economist, with particular expertise in the field of real estate.
Tim started the real estate website Seattle Bubble in 2005, researching local real estate and economic data and warning of the impending bursting of the housing bubble.
He took a job at the technology-powered real estate brokerage Redfin in 2010,
first as the Data Team Product Manager, and then as a "Real Estate Scientist," performing analysis and generating reports on the national housing market.
