Prior to founding Perpetua, he served as VP and Director of Global R&D for Aavid Thermalloy subsequent to Aavid’s acquisition of Influent, Corp which Mr. Lucas founded. He has served as board Chairman for MacroSonix Corp, Influent Corp and as a board member of Kennametal, Inc.
