Tim Richardson is an electronics industry veteran with an extensive background in wireless, networking, and telecommunications applications. Mr. Richardson served as Chief
Strategy Advisor for Sirenza Microdevices, Inc. a supplier of radio frequency electronic components, after its acquisition of Micro Linear. Mr. Richardson has also held executive positions at Bandwidth 9 and Verifiber Technologies, both providing fiberoptic technology for the telecommunications industry. Mr. Richardson currently serves as CFO of the Jupiter Research Foundation, a privately funded non-profit dedicated to the development and application of new technologies for the study of the natural world, and is on the board of IXYS Corporation (NASDAQ: IXYS), a pioneer of power management components.
