Mr. Flynn is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hayfin and a member of the firm’s Management Committee which oversees the day-to-day activities of the business.
Prior to co-founding Hayfin in 2009, Mr. Flynn was a partner at Goldman Sachs, where he co-headed the European Leveraged Finance and Acquisition Finance businesses and was a
member of the firm-wide Capital Committee. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Flynn was a corporate finance lawyer at the New York-based law firm Sullivan & Cromwell.
Mr. Flynn graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an Editor of the Columbia Law Review, and received a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University.
