Halter has served as a Director of DXP since July 2001. Halter is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Halter Financial Group, Inc., a position he has held since 1995. Halter Financial Group is a Dallas, Texas based consulting firm specializing in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance.
From February 2004 to the
present, Hatter has served on several boards including Donar Enterprises, Inc., BTHC VI, Inc., TS Electronics Inc., Las Vegas Resorts Corporation, Newstar Corporation, MGCC Investment Strategies, Inc., Robcor Properties and SMSA Dallas Acquisition Corp. Halter brings the Board extensive knowledge in the area of corporate finance.
