Tina is the founder and co-president of Reimagine. She has a background in social work with more than 20 years of expertise in mental health and creating clinician-researcher partnerships for cancer care.
She is also the founding director of Pathfinders, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the experience of illness, healthcare, and
healing for all cancer patients, their families, and caregivers.
Tina has co-published journal articles and delivered presentations on social and emotional interventions and quality-of-life issues for a wide variety of audiences, including the American Cancer Society, the Society of Social Work and Research, the Society for Integrative Oncology, the European Association for Palliative Care and the National Cancer Institute.
Tina holds a BA in psychology from Roosevelt University and a master's in social work from Loyola University. She has worked extensively with end of life patients and served as the bereavement program coordinator for Roaring Fork Hospice (Glenwood Springs, CO), founding partner of the Aspen Center for Integrative Health, and faculty member at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine (Washington, DC).
Tina is the co-author of Living Fully, Dying Well: Reflecting on Death to Find Your Life's Meaning, for which she received three Gold Publisher awards.
Her work is the subject of the documentary film What Love Is (describing the evolution and content of the Pathfinders experience), directed by acclaimed filmmaker Ted Bogosian.
