Tom Holmes is the CEO and Founder at DinerIQ. Holmes manages 3Ci's global technology organization, overseeing the technology platform and systems that supports the critical mobile programs of the company's enterprise clients.
A respected, 23-year industry veteran, Holmes brings a unique blend of technology and business acumen to 3Ci.
Most recently, Holmes served as senior vice president and chief information officer at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc., the world's leading provider of virtual business services for brands seeking to improve business results through their sales and service channels.
Before joining Arise, Holmes served for six years as vice president of information technology services at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a $10 billion diversified automotive corporation and the world's largest independent Toyota distributor.
Holmes is a member of the CIO Executive Council and served as vice chairman for the Enterprise Development Corporation, an organization that facilitates the creation and growth of science & technology companies. Holmes has been featured in numerous magazines and research papers including InformationWeek, Computer World, CIO Magazine, MIT Sloan School of Management and Forrester Research.
