Tony Zingale is based out of Palo Alto, California and is on the Board of Directors at LivePerson. He served as CEO of Clarify, Mercury Interactive and Jive Software, which he took public in 2011. He also served on the board of antivirus vendor McAfee before its sale to Intel.
Currently, Zingale is executive chairman and former CEO of Jive
Software, the leading provider of modern communication and collaboration solutions for business. At Mercury Interactive, the worldwide leader of business technology optimization, he successfully grew the company to more than $1 billion in annual revenue and then engineered the $5 billion merger with Hewlett Packard. As CEO of Clarify, a leader in customer relationship management software, he grew the company to more than $300 million in annual revenue before Nortel acquired it for $2.1 billion.
Zingale earned bachelor’s degrees in electrical and computer engineering and business administration from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the University of Cincinnati Foundation’s board of trustees.
