She is the Chief Innovation Officer, (TCS Salesforce Practice) at Tata Consultancy Services, where she established an innovation and product team that develops customer experience and digital thought leadership, methodologies, and software solutions, including TCS Voice of Choice and TCS ChannelScore currently in patent filing. The team works with Fortune 1000 companies in areas such as customer loyalty experience, in-store digital experience, rewards and gamification, omnichannel customer engagement, data monetization, social insight, mobile-first, image analytics, and more.
