Tracy is the Chief Financial Officer where she is responsible for the financial and administrative functions of the firm. Tracy came to Synergy from Scale Venture Partners, where she was the firm’s CFO. At Scale, Tracy managed a broad range of activities for the venture capital firm including accounting, cash management, reporting and portfolio
company financings. Additionally, she managed the analysis of seven venture capital funds with more than $1B in assets. Tracy also worked closely with the portfolio companies to assist in establishing a variety of Finance department functions.
Prior to Scale Venture Partners, Tracy was the Chief Financial Officer of Saints, a venture capital firm focused on direct secondary investing. At Saints, Tracy was responsible for accounting, reporting and investor relations for four venture capital funds. Prior to joining Saints, Tracy held a variety of finance operating roles at technology start-ups. Tracy started her career at KPMG.
Tracy earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.
