Tricia Vanderslice is the Founder and Managing Partner of Slice Sports LLC, an operator-led investment platform focused on control-oriented growth sports ecosystem assets. She brings approximately 18 years of experience across global sports operations and institutional capital markets.

Marketing Officer of ETF Managers Group, during which the firm expanded from approximately $500,000 to over $4 billion in assets under management across 14 NYSE-listed exchange-traded funds. She led corporate and ETF positioning, institutional and retail investor marketing and communications, strategic partnerships, trademarking and distribution strategy during the firm’s growth phase.
From January 2016 through February 2017, she served in senior marketing and commercialization leadership at USA Swimming, building an in-house production company and leading the growth of multi-platform sponsorship, platform data and monetization, media distribution and production during the Rio Olympic cycle.
From January 2009 through December 2013, she held founding global media and production leadership roles at IRONMAN (World Triathlon Corporation), including Executive Producer and Global Media Director, where she built international departments and media and broadcast. operations directly scaling global commercialization initiatives alongside multiple Sports Emmy Nominated productions and live streaming records for the time.
At Slice Sports, she leads platform strategy, proprietary deal origination and asset assessment, investor relationships, league and rights-holder engagement, and active operational oversight of portfolio assets. She holds a B.A. in Communication & Information Sciences from the University of Alabama.
