Mr. Guy has over 30 years of professional experience in cross-border and structured finance. Over the years, Mr. Guy has advised numerous companies on the financing and management of large infrastructure projects in countries around the world, as well as been intimately involved with the financing and execution of trade deals. Mr. Guy has served on
boards of the California Department of Education—on the Industry Technologies Advisory Committee—and the Center for Competitive Applied Technology. Mr. Guy is currently the Chairman of the Central California District Export Council, appointed by the US Commerce Secretary, The Hon Wilbur L. Ross. Mr. Guy holds the following FINRA Licenses: SIE and Series 79 and 63.
