Ty is a "lifer" in the restaurant business. Beginning as a fry cook at 15, there is not a position that he has not held-fry cook, grill cook, busser, waiter, bartender, manager, owner. His 24 years as an owner of multiple restaurants has given him the knowledge and experience to lead the company's growth strategy to include real
