Uday Bellary brings more than 30 years of global executive leadership in finance, accounting and operations to Deeya Energy, including two successful IPO’s, several domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures, and the execution of many rounds of equity and debt financing.
Most recently, Uday served as CFO of GreenVolts, Inc., a
private company that developed and commercialized concentrating photovoltaic solar energy solutions, where he raised substantial funding in a challenging environment.
Prior to that Uday served as CFO of telecommunications company Atrica, Inc., and helped manage its acquisition by Nokia Siemens Network. Previously, as CFO and Senior VP Finance & Administration of Metro OptiX, he managed the company’s spin-off from LM Ericsson of Sweden and then its successful venture capital fundraising. As CFO, he took MMC Networks through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by AMCC for $4 billion.
Uday has also held key finance, accounting, and operations roles with a Cirrus Logic, Intel and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Uday serves as Audit Committee Chairman of public and private companies in Silicon Valley.
He is a CPA and a Chartered Accountant, and holds a DMA (MBA) from Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Bombay, India.
