Vern M. Kennedy has served as our Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to that Mr. Kennedy has founded and/or held the CEO position in a variety of domestic and international high-tech start-ups including: ScreenPC, Inc. – a developer of next generation thin client technology; Magnet Networks, Ltd – the leading competitive provider of voice, video
and data services in Ireland; Broadview Networks, Inc.- one of the only surviving competitive voice and data carriers currently doing nearly $500 million in sales; and Open Support Systems, Inc. – a leading provider of software systems to the telecommunications industry.
Mr. Kennedy holds a B.S.E.E. with Honors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University and an M.B.A. with Honors from NYU.
