Mr. Bagaria joined us in 2003 and is a Partner, CEO, and Managing Director at Farallon Capital Asia Pte. Ltd. Previously, Mr. Bagaria was a portfolio manager at Onyx Capital in New York, where he was responsible for investing in event-driven and capital structure arbitrage opportunities in Europe and Asia. Prior to Onyx, Mr. Bagaria worked for
Goldman Sachs in the international equity arbitrage group in New York. Mr. Bagaria was also an analyst in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in Singapore, where he worked on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance assignments for companies throughout Asia. Mr. Bagaria graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
