Wagner is an experienced investor and mentor/coach to late-stage startup businesses. Current engagements include: large-scale electricity storage; advanced carburetion systems that radically reduce emissions and improve fuel utilization; organic farming; and electronic process technology to facilitate banking for the un-banked segment of the
U.S. workforce.
Earlier in his career, Wagner served as CEO of Wagner Distribution Holding, a drywall/ceiling/insulation supply company, with six locations and sales to more than 30 foreign countries. He has helped found two not-for-profit corporations: one provides scholarships for Central American students to U.S. colleges; the other provides collateral for low-cost loans as an alternative to payday loans. Wagner was selected to the WK Kellogg Leadership Program as a Fellow 1990-1993.
