Prior to co-founding Rennovia, Vince was Director of Homogeneous Catalysis at Symyx Technologies, where he led research collaborations with major chemical companies. His research group discovered breakthrough catalyst families that have been implemented commercially in the chemical industry, including those used to manufacture Dow Chemical’s
Versify suite of polypropylene elastomers and plastomers.
Vince obtained a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Manchester, Institute of Science and Technology, U.K. and a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford, England. He conducted postdoctoral research at Columbia University and Exxon Chemical. Vince has co-authored over 30 scientific publications and holds more than 30 issued patents.
