Vitor is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with over a decade of experience in developing, commercializing, and marketing advanced materials for next-generation electronics and automotive applications. He is a critical driver of Graphenest's vision, financial growth, and business development efforts with key stakeholders.
Vitor has a
strong educational background, with expertise in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, and Materials Engineering, although he decided to drop out of a Master's course in the latter. His focus since 2013 has been on researching a new method for producing graphene, resulting in numerous accolades, including the "Business Idea Award 2014" from Dow Chemicals, 2nd place in the "EDP Innovation Award 2014," and the "Henkel startup award 2018", among others.
With a passion for a sustainable and circular economy, Vitor's entrepreneurial spirit, management, and business skills have been instrumental in developing a breakthrough clean technology that has contributed significantly to Graphenest's early success. His innovative solutions have resulted in substantial savings in CAPEX and OPEX, thanks to his bootstrap approach and unwavering goal-driven mindset.
