Wang Wei, born in 1958, has a PHD of international finance from Fordham University, USA. He is currently the President of China Mergers & Acquisitions Association, Director of Chinese Museum of Finance, and President of CIFCO International Group.
He has organized and supervised the domestic and overseas IPO of over 40 Chinese companies, and
served as the financial consultant for many leading Chinese companies in their reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition and IPO.
He has worked at many international organizations and enterprises such as World Bank, and won the “2012 Merger & Acquisition Lifetime Achievement Award” elected by M&A Advisor LLC.
