Weixing Chen (陈伟星) is the founder and CEO of Kuaidi Dache, a Chinese taxi-hailing application for mobiles. He is also the CEO of Hangzhou Fun City, a Chinese company that develops and operates web games and mobile internet applications.
In December 2004, Chen launched the Journal of Scientific Innovation and served as its operation director.
