Will Rosellini is the founder and CEO of Darrow Industries, LLC, a neurotechnology venture studio in Puerto Rico providing Fractional CIPO services and managing a portfolio of SBIR-funded deep tech assets in neural interfaces, spinal cord injury (SCI) technology, and auricular vagus nerve stimulation (aVNS).
A recognized pioneer in
neuromodulation, Rosellini identifies the "irreducible core" of complex inventions to secure market-dominant patent positions. He serves as Principal Investigator on grant submissions to NIH, DARPA, DTRA, ARPA-H, the U.S. Navy, and the Air Force Research Laboratory.
His approach integrates advanced AI orchestration—deploying a 20-agent autonomous IP stack to conduct real-time Freedom to Operate (FTO) searches, competitor sentiment analysis, and SBIR grant alignment. This "Agentic IP Stack" automates the output of a full in-house IP department for a fraction of the cost.
Prior to Darrow Industries, Rosellini served as CEO of Microtransponder (vagus nerve stimulation for tinnitus and stroke) and Perimeter Medical (intraoperative imaging for cancer surgery), overseeing 510(k) clearances and $30M+ in capital raised.
Rosellini holds a JD, MBA and three master's degrees (Neuroscience, Computational Biology, and Regulatory Science). He also serves as Chief IP Officer at PatentVest, a patent analytics company.
