Bill has more than 30 years of hand-on transformation experience as a crisis manager, operating executive, investment banker and professional investor. He is currently a Board Member of Facet Technologies, Inc., Heritage Golf Group, NTS Inc., Parterre Flooring Systems, Nurse Assist Inc., AC Global Risk and Decision Sciences. Previously, he was
the Chairman and a Director of Restoration Hardware Holdings, Inc. as well as a Director of Magellan Health Services Inc. and Paslin Inc.
Prior to Tower Three Partners, Bill was a Managing Director at Gleacher Partners LLC from 1999-2004, where he led the firm’s Restructuring Group and served as a member of the Management Committee. Bill’s previously experience includes multiple CEO positions in both private and public companies. Bill began his career at Laventhal & Horwath, an international accounting and consulting firm. He received a BA from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration.
